Henry is a three-year-old Chinese Crested Hairy Hairless boy. He weighs 13 pounds and has very thin hair that doesn’t shed much. He is a very affectionate dog who loves to be held and once he gets comfortable in your lap, he will roll over on his back to have his belly rubbed while he sleeps. When he gets excited, especially at feeding time, he stands up and walks on his back two legs. He is quite talented and can walk a good distance before walking on all fours again! We love to get out the treats to get him to walk like a person! He currently lives with us and our four other dogs of various sizes and gets along well with all of them. He does not mind cats at all.He doesn’t make much noise, as we have only heard him bark a couple of times. He is crate-trained and we are working on using a doggy door. He prefers to sleep under the blankets in bed with his people, but will also sleep in his crate if needed. He loves to ride in the car and will sit in your lap and look out the window. He loves to go for walks and gets very excited when you get out his leash. Henry must be an indoor dog. He loves to go outside on a pretty day, but must be protected from the sun. When it is cold outside, he prefers to wear his coat and must only stay outside long enough to do his business. When he comes back inside if you pick him up you can usually hear his teeth chattering and his favourite thing to do is curl up on a pillow beside the fireplace to get warm again. Henry loves anyone and everyone of all ages and will come to anyone who calls out his name. Henry would make someone a great pet!
